Stage 01 Discover
A free 30-minute call
You tell us about the business, what is not working and what you would like to happen. We ask plain questions, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

- A straight answer on fit, a rough sense of cost, and a clear next step.
- We need
- Half an hour, a rough idea of the goal, and any sites you like (or dislike).
- How long
- 30 minutes, free, no obligation.

Stage 02 Propose
One clear, fixed quote
We write up exactly what we will build: the pages, the features, the timeline and a fixed quote. Nothing starts until you have read it and said yes.
- You get
- A written proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed quote. No hourly rates.
- We need
- A careful read, your questions, and a yes (or a "not yet").
- How long
- Before any work starts. You take as long as you need to decide.

Stage 03 Build
You see it take shape
We share wireframes and mockups before writing code, then build in stages you can click through. Feedback rounds are part of the plan, not an extra.
- You get
- Designs first, then a working preview, then testing, training and launch.
- We need
- Your words, photos and logo (or ask us to write and source them), plus feedback at each round.
- How long
- Websites 3-6 weeks. Online stores 4-8. Apps 8-16. Branding 2-4. Software 4-12. Custom builds: set in your proposal.

Stage 04 Grow
Launch, then keep going
We launch, check everything works in the real world, and stay on hand. When the business is ready for more, the next piece is built on the same foundations.
- You get
- Support after launch, and everything we built: the code, the content and the domain are yours.
- We need
- Tell us what is changing in the business, so the site keeps up.
- How long
- Support is included for 1, 3 or 6 months, depending on your package, or as agreed for a Custom build. Care plans after that.

03 / After launch
Launch day is not goodbye.
Every package includes support after launch: 1 month with Foundation, 3 with Momentum, 6 with Launchpad, and Custom builds as agreed in your proposal. After that, a care plan keeps things safe, fast and up to date. Or skip the plan and ask us for one-off changes whenever you need them.

05 / Questions
How it works, in practice.

A typical website takes 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Online stores take 4 to 8 weeks and apps 8 to 16. Your proposal includes a timeline, so you know from day one.
It helps if you have them, but it is not required. We can write the copy and source photography for you. Just say so on the discovery call.
Every package includes revision rounds. We also share wireframes and mockups before writing any code, so you shape the design before it is built.
Tell us. If it is outside the agreed scope, we quote the change before doing it. You decide, and the price and timeline update in writing. Nothing changes silently.
You join the first call, read the proposal and give feedback at each review round. You never need to manage the build day to day.
Yes. We work with clients globally. Everything happens over video calls and email, so location is never a barrier.
You do. The domain, the code and the content are yours. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.

Thirty minutes, no pitch and no jargon. You leave knowing whether we are a fit, and roughly what it would cost.
